M221 comunication to m340 help

I've already tried writing and reading from the m221 through io Scanner and nothing.

I tried this and it didn't work How do I configure the Modbus TCP IO Scanner for M221

Configure Word : %MW3006

I THINK THE %QWN300.0.0 CORRESPOND TO MW3006

There not enough information to estimate the problem.

I see QCE_INPUT_OTB on the screenshot. Are you trying to replace an OTB with an M221?
If so, are you sure the M340 is not writing to %MW3006?

What is the Ethernet port used on the M340?
A BMXNOC0401 module?
The BMXNOC0401 uses a Unit ID value of 1 instead of 255.
